When will my order get to me?
Because we are a small shop it typically takes 5-7 days to process orders and get them shipped out. After your order is processed you will be sent a tracking number to the email you provided. 
Please make sure to double check your address to make sure it is correct! If it is not correct contact us immediately. If your package is returned to us we will be more then happy to resend the package to you but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not except returns and all sales are final.  Please contact USPS if your package is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your package after it has been dropped off at USPS. 

 

Can I exchange an item?

Please head over to the "Contact Us" page and leave us a message so we can figure out a solution to the problem. 

 

What if my order is broken or damaged?
Please go over to the "Contact Us" page and send us an email including your name and order number and I will be happy to replace any items that are damaged. I do not refund shipping costs.
